Instructions:
1.Create a card base from Snow Layering Paper.
2.Use a t-ruler to lightly draw guide lines to use for the star images.
3.Stamp star images using Yellow, Orange and Pink Neon Inks.
4.Stamp sentiment across bottom of card using black ink.
5.Round all four corners of card.
