For the September Gallery Inspiration Challenge.

I was given this card

So I merged the two and will use as my card club's monthly next theme - Kids Birthday. I think it will work perfectly for a kid.

ETA: The balloons were made by cutting 1 3/4 inch balloons from the Celebrations cartridge. Then I folded in half and glued 3 together.
