How exciting to get a bunch of never before seen family photos. That happened to me in 2006. I haven't done any heritage LO's in so long as I've been working on a bunch of travel albums. But I absolutely love this photo and this LO! Love your title and the distressing work. Beautiful!
Like the whole layout. I was given much of photos that my grandmothers on both sides of my family gave me. I am now in the process of doing heritage albums of both sides of my family.
OMG!! What a gorgeous and adorable photo!! Such a wonderful find!! Your lo is awesome...love the superb colours, cute flowers and embellies; the distressing is great! Ruth's hat is just to cute for words! Hope you got copies of a lot of these photos...
What a precious sweet photo!!!! And look at her adorable outfit, wow!!! It's so wonderful to have photo's like this, thank her for all of us, we love them too!!!
You were so lucky to come across that find! Such a wonderful LO - love your colors and the doilies - what a great photo - so very cute - love that hat!
I have been travelling so much this summer, and have not been able to do much scrapping. One of my trips was to Northern California to visit my Dad's older sister, Aunt Ruth, who is 86 yrs old. Turns out she had a huge box of old family photos I had never seen!! Wow was I ever a happy girl!! I borrowed several and brought them home t scan them. This is the first one I've scrapped, a baby picture of my Aunt Ruth (born 1926). More family heritage photos to come.....
