Paint frame Violet, and while still wet sprinkle with glitter.
Adhere a sheet of BIRDY (reverse) in frame window, so that flourish design sits in the lower left corner.
Apply the rub on quote as shown. Position the rhinestone strips around the inner edge of frame, then
cluster flowers in the lower left corner. Punch butterflies out of GIGGLY (reverse) and adhere as desired.
Adhere the flutterby to the upper right corner of frame then embellish with flower rhinestones.
