Create a scrapbook page base out of cardstock. Emboss pieces of cardstock using the Dots #4, Nordic Flowers and Snow Frame embossing folders. Trim around the embossed Snow Frame and trim the remaining embossed papers to rectangular shapes. Highlight the raised designs with ink. Adhere the Snow Frame to a piece of patterned paper and adhere to the page. Adhere other embossed rectangles to the page. Crop a photo to size and adhere to the page. Wrap a length of ribbon around the page and tie in a bow. Die-cut the phrase "Let it Snow," snowflakes and a candy cane out of cardstock. Embellish with chalk, glitter, jewels and a ribbon bow and attach to the page.
