Very well put together. I'm like you - I love to organize and am constantly moving things around, especially as I add new materials, tools, etc. I, too, sacrificed my guest room to make a scraproom. I wish it was twice the size, but at least everything is close at hand!
Sit for a few moments in the area for the sole purpose of visualizing HOW YOU CREATE. Take small steps rather than the entire room. You may have to leave stuff out over night or even days(if you can) and come back before actually settling on an organization that works for you. Do a visualization with the room(eyes closed), and create your space with what you already have. I, too, came from having two huge rooms to sharing a guest room. Still open to even more organizing. Don't think I'll ever stop. Love it almost as much as I do scrapbooking.
having a hard time organizing my space,I spend most of my time searching for things.I love how organized yours it,I am trying to down size and get rid of alot.
I love to organize, so will probably make some redesign changes about every month or so if I see the flow isn't working for me. Got the coke bottle when I visited my son, daughter and grands in Atlanta(World of COKE), so it reminds me of the wonderful time I had being with them. Of course I visited all the Scrap/stamp stores in the area.
This studio space is being shared with the guest room. After dow sizing I no longer had the space, but certainly the desire to have an area that is inspiring. IKEA's expedit cubes, boxes(stores my embellishments in themed Zip Lock bags, Container Store plastic containers for Card Stock, Pattern, Current Project Scraps, Top Note(stampin up die cut for labeling plastic storage, tins on top of desk spelling (S-C-R-A-P ) for tools I use everytime I sit down
