This was a lift of LPeep's "Celebrate"card. I've been wanting to lift this for a long time, and finally did. The cuts are not perfect, but this was just a practice card for me. The "congratulations" is from a set of clear sentiment stickers I found at Target -- I'll have to get some more of these! Love the way it turned out -- thanks for the great idea, Lisa!
