I love this paper line and love how bright and fun this is!! How lucky to have great vintage photos to scrap!! Way to go using "toolbox stuff" in your art!! :)
Your page is awesome! I love how you took the inspiration page and made it your own! The photo is amazing - I love your wagon like the one in the photo!
Amazing job on the lift! The inspiration of the original is completely obvious, but you really made it your own and gave it a different feel! Love the way you used the twine on the balloons. Your paper pieced wagon is adorable!
wow when you do a project you really do it! I love all the little details you and techniques...especially the wheels on the wagon. Wonderful pps to use with that adorable photo - you got bright & fun for sure.
This is my DH & his older brother. Do not have the exact year, but probably somewhere around 1968. I wanted the layout to be bright and fun.
I used Echo Park's "A Walk In the Park" line for the paper and most of the embellishments. The balloons are a sticker from the set, but I cut their strings off & used Doodlebug's twine to tie onto the wagon. The wagon is a Cricut cut off of the Birthday Bash card. It had a bear in it, but I cut him off. I embossed the black tires and used hardware store washers with brads in the center for the hubs on the wheels. I used Glossy Accents on the wagon itself, and then embossed the tongue with Lindy's Stamp Gang Embossing powder. I used more twine and Stickles on the kite string.
