The 1939 Coffee High Football photo of my dad. I chuckle at this photo because he definitely has on a game face. I don't know all of the players but a couple of his life-long friends, one of which is #71 next to him in the bottom photo. The "RAM" flag and stamp is because that was dad's football nickname and his HS buddies always called him that. Well, RAM broke his collarbone playing. The large team photo was taken by a professional photographer and I hope to find it with all of the names in the news paper microfiche at the library one of these days. The Hut Hut! is significant because dad always used to say that when we were watching football, which in our house was often!
