She is the most beautiful dog. I want a rottie so bad (grew up with them). Hubby says no...for now. Welcome back. SOunds like you have been through a lot. Glad your feeling better.
Sending prayers and warm hugs your way. I will be thinking of you through this difficult time. Your work is always outstanding and an inspiration to many of us. I will miss seeing you around and look forward to your return and your beautiful work. This a gorgeous page of Delta and your details are so beautifully thought out!!
Another gorgeous layout. Your work has inspired me, I stopped putting them in my favorites and just go directly to your gallery often for inspiration. Prayers and blessings as you begin this new and difficult journey.
I've been admiring your pages since I started enjoying this site and for me it's really so sad to hear that, about your illness; I'm so sorry!! but for sure, you'll be ok!! just keep scraping because that's a good therapy and I'll be praying for you... I'm sure, God has a plan for all of us and He has you in His arms, protecting, giving you strengh... just trust in Him!! big hugs, Elaine
Cathy - this is beautiful! With that being said, you know we all love you and are praying for you & sending you positive thoughts, prayers and hugs across the miles. Hugs my friend! donna
Cathy, you have hundreds of scrappy friends pulling for you. Staying busy is a good plan; but I have a feeling that you might find scrapbooking a good therapy as you begin to feel stronger after your chemo treatments. You might possibly be able to teach some other patients how to scrapbook to help them focus on something enjoyable while healing. Keep positive; I will keep you in my thoughts and look forward to hearing of your progress to wellness. BTW, your LO is gorgeous and I know that I will be seeing more from you after this fight is over. Big Hugs, Fran
Cathy my thought and prayers are with you every day. Stay strong and know we are behind you giving you strength and love..we will miss you and can't wait until you're healthy again and able to share your beautiful work. This is an incredible layout!!! xoxo
I'm so very sorry to learn about your illness, Cathy. I sense that you are very determined and will be climbing that mountain with strength and courage. You'll have a lot of prayers and strong thoughts pushing you along the way. I know that all of your SB.com friends will be adding their thoughts and prayers to support you and we will certainly be missing your fabulous creativity. Please keep us posted, even if you don't feel up to scrapping. Wishing you God's blessing . . . and, oh yes, this is a gorgeous page of Delta ~

First, Cathy, let me say that I really feel for you with respect to your diagnosis, and I wish you well on your "climb" to wellness. Second, I will very much miss your beautiful work here. You are one of my favourite artists, and I hope that you take some time for scrapping as therapy (like my mom and I do), as you feel up to it. And, finally, of course, this layout is just gorgeous!
What a special layout! You did a wonderful job putting this together.
It is my prayer that God will give you strength and courage to endure what you will be going through and that he will bless you with a full and healthy recovery.
Delta is as gorgeous as ever. So is this page. Cathy, my heartfelt prayers go out to you for a full and speedy recovery. I will pray for your heart to find comfort and peace along this journey and you see his footprints along the way knowing he is carrying you always. Hugs..Mary
Your lo is fabulous, love the photos, such a beautiful dog!! The punching and layering is awesome, and the colours are perfect for this superb creation!
I wish you the very best of treatment, and a speedy recovery. I know it will be tough, but you will see all of us on the other side of that mountain. I think I can speak for all your scrappy friends, do not hesitate to reach out to all the wonderful ladies on this site.
Oh my, Cathi....I am so very sorry to hear this! And I really hope you will keep playing around with paper and sprays, on moments that you feel ok. It will help you perhaps. I dont know what to say else, I am kind a shocked hearing this! xoxo
Cathy I sorry about the diagnosis. My sister in law had double mastectomy and mother had lumpectomy. Both have fully recovered. I am praying for you and your the days ahead of you. If you ever need someone to talk to please let me know, I have been there first hand for the people in my life that have been thru this...hugs to you! Dianne ..ps I love the lo.. Delta is beautiful and she will be by your side during your journey to recovery!
I am so sorry to hear your news Cathy. I will pray for complete healing for you. And comfort as you go through this time.
Beautiful photos, design, stitching, flowers, punchwork, pprs.
Cathy, I am so sorry to hear about the cancer. Yes, you do have a mountain to climb, but you know there will be many of us praying for you & keeping you in our thoughts. Delta will be by your side & wondering what is going on with you, but loving you regardless. They are such dedicated & loving creatures! Beautiful lo & the expressions on her face are priceless. Stay strong & God bless you!
I don't think Delta needs any introduction for those of you who know my fur-babies :) She's never too sure about a camera aimed at her but because she's always so eager to please, she puts up with it anyways :) This is a project I did for Maja Design and I used the beautiful "Walking In The Forest" collection. Flannel shirt/Mountain Ash-BS/ Knitted Sweater - BS and a little of the Crea Diem collection being Ord Flyger Bort. This will be my last layout depending on what happens and how I feel in the coming weeks as I have been diagnosed with breast cancer and have to undergo a bi-lateral mastectomy and 24 weeks of chemo. I am scared to death and have no idea how this is going to affect my life. I will be taking it one day at a time and if I know myself as well as I think I do, I will try and get through this by keeping as busy as I possibly can. I am still trying to process the enormity of my situation and trying really hard to get my head around it. Some days I am okay and other days I just want to get into bed, pull the blanket over my head and pretend that this is not happening...lol! But alas, it's not going to go away that easily...:( So, please forgive me if I am not around much to appreciate all your beautiful work but I have a huge mountain to climb and the sooner I get to the other side, the better:) In the meantime...happy scrapping!! Thank you for all the wonderful support I have always had from my dear friends here at sb.com :)xx
