For this one is used a lot of embossing again. . . I made the title and embellies on the Gypsy and layered them and then embossed them all with gold, then a layer of turquoise and then covered them with Glossy Accents. I made some flags along the bottom of the layout with black cardstock then embossed over them with gold too. The flowers are all metal embellishments that were steel grey so I colored over them with a gold pen, and then colored the white jewel blue, and added a lot of tiny blue metal jewels in the smaller flowers and on the flags. I sprayed and distressed over a mask for the area under the title and used twine to "add" them all together :-) and of course I wouldn't be done if I didn't add a few turquoise rub ons!
