I picked a day and set reminders on my phone to take photos every hour throughout the day. Then I just picked my favorites that reflected my day and ended up with nine photos. Including nine photos on a layout can be difficult, so I sized them at about 2.4" square and created a collage in Lightroom. I exported the collage as a jpeg file, then pulled it into Photoshop and typed the time and description of each photo on top of each photo.
