I did this tag for the Scraps of Darkness tag exchange. It is my first tag EVER and I think I am hooked! Seems like a good way to try a new technique, because it is small and can be done quickly. With this, I used my current fav thing, bleeding art tissue! I glued to the background using matte gel, then distressed over it to pick up the texture.
