Mesquite was a wonderful sweet dog. When Tim and Melissa were expecting Abbi, they lived here with us for three months before moving into their home. He recently went over the rainbow bridge. Pictures were taken about 3 years ago.

Mesquite was a special dog.
He came from the Colorado Indian Tribe Reservation in Parker, AZ.
Likely a Red Wolf mutt mix, he traveled across the country with me to Maine in 2000.
He was certified as a therapy dog and was mentioned in a published book, "Adventures with Ari" by Katheryn Miles.
He has friends and family all across the country, his good nature and gentle soul was felt by everyone who was lucky enough to meet him.
He will always be a part of my family!
