Anna, the pennants have holes in them at the top (behind the trim...part of why I added it) and I just strung the twine through the holes. I didn't tape them so I can adjust the banner should I have it somewhere else.

I used my Cricut and lots of Dear Lizzy to make a new banner for my baby girl's birthday. I used Stork's Delivery (Monogram) for the letters and Art Philosophy for the pennants. I added a few bits and pieces here and there but really didn't want it too busy. I topped each pennant with ball trim or flower trim and then I strung it all together with some baker's twine and hung it up!
