Father of Ruth who was the wife of William Eugene Fenimore, last son of my great great grandfather. Ben was a noted attorney and judge in Carthage MO who was still practicing at the age of 100. The grey elements is a scan of an envelope and invitation to the white house from President Wilson. I have seen telegrams from layers, schools, and bar associations from all over the US congratulating him on his 100th birthday.
