Ok. Here is the story behind this photo. I snatched this beautiful photo off of FB from a former classmate of mine. He took the photo as he was leaving work. It was behind the Beau Rivage Casino in Biloxi, MS. Home of yours truly. This layout was done for the January Scraplift the Person Before you Challenge. I lifted a layout entitled "Louisiana" from the talented hostess of the challenge... Karen. (Texasmomof4) Her layout can be found on this site. I also dusted off a beautiful stamp that I felt was perfect for this photo and used it. So I am also submitting this layout for the January Stamping Challenge.
