I don't know if you can read the brochure, but this is a fascinating story. This huge solid gold buddha statue is over 700 years old. Many years ago, it can been covered in plaster to protect it from enemies, it was still through to be valuable. Then in 1955 when they were moving it to Bangkok, a worker dropped it and the plaster chipped and they discovered that it was solid gold. It is now on display in Bangkok.
