8x8 LO honoring Mom, for a challenge on rockin' scrappin' grands. However I was 'killing two birds with one stone" as this also works for an album I am making for my sister. She is 13 years younger than me. There aren't as many photos of her since I was off to college and no one else took pictures! So I am making her an album with photos I DO have of her.
Stickers, patterned paper are old Nikki Sivils.
Journaling reads: We agree that we had the best Mom in the whole world! She always made you feel loved.
Here is our family in 1962-minus me because I always took the pictures. This is Christmas Day dinner. Mom always set a pretty table and made Christmas extra special.
I think Mom looks tired. Of course she did everything--washed, cleaned, cooked, shopped for groceries, fixed things that broke etc. She went back to teaching so we'd have more money and a better life. She was one AMAZING MOM!
