Those two fotoblendz have ArtsyKardz clipped to them. I used the layered file for the fotoblendz on the top left and clipped all but the doily layer to the mask. This way, the doily overlaps the given boundaries of the fotoblendz. The second artsykard (bottom right) is the flattened .png file and is clipped as is to the fotoblendz and used as a journaling block.
