I used dcwv pp-hidden journaling, signo white pen, brads, bazzill cardstock sizzix die cut letters for the title, and a little wooden santa face. Journaling says: My mom sent this card out in 1951. I found it in a box of old photos. Besides the photo of my sister and I, I found out an interesting fact about the home I grew up in! I never knew it was once a part of Farmington. If it hadn’t been for my moms note, I might never have known. Livonia apparently annexed the area from Farmington. I called my sister to see if she remembered living in Farmington, and she said ys—and then informed me that it had been part of Redford Township before Farmington had claimed it. So, Mama, Thanks for the note. It was fun seeing your handwriting after all these years, and fun to find out an interesting fact on the home I thought had always been part of Livonia.
