Paper piecing patterned paper is a favorite technique. Here I used a Penny Black stamp (Pink Toes 2369J) and pieced the tutu. The cat fur was created using ink applied with a water pen then ‘hairs’ applied with Marvy Markers.On the ‘sparkle’ cat I used EK Success corner punch on 2 mats and a Galaxy white pen to write the sentiment. On the other 2 cards a SDI corner rounder was used. The flower was Cricut cut, I punched a slot near the edge of each petal and wove the ribbon and added a gem to the center I hope you get a smile.
