Placed patterned paper into embossing folder, then applied Versa Mark Ink, then added clear embossing powder. Inked over piece with dark blue, and wiped off the ink. The blue was lighter that I planned, but I liked the effect anyway as I didn't want black. I wanted the background to look like bubbles in water to compliment the fish. Stamped fish and quote to patterned paper, and adhered to Summer Coat piece. Embellished with gems and blue twine. Used a blue card base.
