Placed Dreanweaver Stencil on Watercolor Paper, and pasted with Dreamweaver Paste. After piece had dried, colored with Kaleidacolor Inks.Cut one inch PP pieces, and adhered to white panel, after adhering stenciled piece first. Punched heart and stamped quote (Studio G) in center of punched out heart.Adhered panel to blue CS, then to white card base. Embellished with bows and gems.
