I decided to cover the flowers on Bella Blvd Tall Tag (blue polka dots, and so I added little circles of paper and twill. I pop dotted them for dimension. I used sand paper around some of the edges of the circles, as well as the edge of the entire layout. Fun to get out the sandpaper again. It's been awhile since I have used that fun tool.
