I looked through the list of previous challenges posted on the blog for this challenge and decided to try doing the paper piecing one. I chose this elephant stamp from a Recollections Set called Elephant Flowers.The umbrella was stamped on gold coloured card stock and embossed with red powder., the ankle pieces on red card stock embossed with gold and the saddle part on a coloured patterned card stock with Blue brilliance ink. The sentiment was computer generated and the knob on the umbrella as well as the gold fringe were drawn in with a gold marker. The eye is a black gem.The top decorative strip was punched out of red card stock and sponged with gold acrylic paint. I had fun and was quite happy with the result. It certainly livened up the stamped image.
