I did this as a challenge offered with the Simple Scrapper membership. I had to use kraft paper, no patterned paper, journal about right now, use a journal card, use a band, and make something pop off the page. I was inspired by a timeline approach that was taught in Ali Edwards Hello Story class. I wasn't even intending to the the layout this way… it just happened. Yay!The only thing I'm not happy about (besides my yucky handwriting which I have to accept) is that I used the word “combine” twice because I am so tired. Ah well!Also, I meant to line up the dotted line of the journal card with the top edge of the washi rather than the bottom edge. Which do you think looks better?
