Was inspired to do this in response to one of Shimelle's NSD challenges, but didn't get it posted in time. Happy to have this done, though. The journalling tells about me learning to play the trombone including why I chose that instrument and such.I'm submitting this for GG's Finish Finesse. After I layout (and glue down) the base of my page, I decide where my embellishments are going to go, leaving enough room for my journalling. I layout out my title and embellishments. In this case, I really liked the label sticker and made it a bit of a focal cluster. I then wrote my journalling so I could see how it weighted the layout and adjusted the other clusters to balance out the layout. One of the biggest issues with this layout was that the top left corner of the photo is a huge blank space and stood out like a sore thumb. My solution was to make a neutral cluster to fill cover that bit of the photo, and I made us of it to add in a few words about 80s fashion as per the photo.
