A photo of myself, my kids, my mum, and my nan. Unfortunately, this may be the last photo we get together. My nan has always been a fiercely independent woman and is now having to rely on others (not by choice). I touched lightly on this in the journalling (I fully plan on expanding on it on a different layout that'll go in our heritage album), as well as how we spent our visit together.
