Policy Envelope Mini Album (for Becky)

This is a mini-album I made for a swap, which was a long envelope mini album swap for summer vacations. The front cover is made with glimmer misted and alcohol inked grunge paper with binder rings sewn to the binding. I used some new stuff and lots and lots of old stuff–just whatever I thought worked.
