I got the idea for these cards from the 2012 Papercrafting Tips & Tricks magazine, where some figures were embossed onto vellum. Instead, I cut out some hearts, glued them to craft paper, and put vellum on top and then added a band & heart to it for contrasting texture.On one of the cards, I accidentally glued down all the hearts but one. From that, I got the idea to let all the hearts hang around underneath the vellum for a “confetti” effect, that is the 3rd photo there.
