This layout is for the Jump Start January Challenge. It is based of <a href="http://www.twopeasinabucket.com/pg.asp?cmd=display&layout_id=1416608 [twopeasinabucket.com]">Music City Bowl</a href> by Sha-Sha. I cut the centers out of some vellum tags to get the metal rings and used a marker for faux stitching over them. The layout is on a white background which is why it blends into the background.
