Winter Frosted Window Tag-Here I tried to create a tag to look like a frosted window with some attached snowflakes. After creating a 2 layer tag I decided to make a mailing folder to protect the acetate layer.Directions: Spray a couple bright blue areas on the tag with Dylusions ink spray then finish coloring base with distress inks. Stamp music background and other base images.Cut an acetate overlay tag and stamp images with Stazon Ink using Fiskars stamp press. Make the frosted edge with pearl white dabber acrylic paint and stickles. The 3-D window effect is created by adding 1/8” dimensional pieces behind stamping to slight raise the overlay and adhere the two layers together.1/2013
