I recently found this lovely portrait of my childhood Cocker Spaniel Sandy. He was part of our family from before I was born, until he passed away when I was 14. Sandy bit my face when I was four years old, requiring dozens of stitches, and lifelong scars… but I still adored him and never blamed him for my injury. Our family wasn't into photography, so the photos in the background are fairly poor quality. So I just blended them into the background to try to achieve a little bit dreamy effect. Modern #20 font.
