The second of two Scraps & Stash layouts for February 15. I used the sketch posted on the Stashbusters thread for this week. Supplies from my stash include MME brads, washi tape, and Fancy Pants Hopscotch patterned paper. I used two different corner rounders to make the scalloped borders.
