DS1 on a G.A.T.E. field trip that I went on to help chaperone to Long Beach in 2011. It was in hopes of getting to see whales while they migrated (we went out on a boat) but they didn't appear for us. These are some of the more interesting sights down there though that I took photos of while we waited for our departure time. On the first page is a three mast schooner named "American Pride," and on page two there is The Grand Romance Riverboat, the Lions Lighthouse for Sight, and the Queen Mary.
