This is my son's official basic training photo (it was taken before his chevrons were sewn on). I didn't mat the photo because when I first started I didn't realize I should. The journaling was done on my computer then cut by hand. The "Cross Into the Blue" is a sticker that I mounted on white card stock and then cut around.
