I am so: happy, grateful, joyous.How to: Punch a bunch of circles from patterned paper then cut each circle into quarters. Arrange the circles in a quilt-like pattern down the center of an aqua cardstock base. Drop aqua and white mist across the layout. Add a trio of photos using pop dots. Apply angel and butterfly wing rub ons behind the photos. Place a strip of washi tape underneath each photo then add letter stickers to create the title.
