Part of my 2014 Journal Series ~ I loved the pp that I used for this background even though it kind of reminds me of a hospital dressing gown! Perfect my surgery LO though! I had some embellishments and stickers leftover from a nurse LO that I made a few years back that came in perfect for this journal entry!
