Bought the hat from Joanns. It is made of heavy duty cardboard. painted it black which took about 3 coatings. Then painted it a brown color. After it dried I sanded it until I got the look that I wanted. Added some purple spider web around the brim along with some autumn berries. There are 5 battery operated lights also purchased from Joanns. The metal tags were black so I punched out a 1" circle punch using bazzills french vanilla cardstock. Distressed it with the ink pad and then spelled out Evil. It was a fun, quick and easy project. Thanks for looking
