Used the Silhouette Cameo to cut out the plus sign background, and mounted it on navy cardstock. Used papers and embellies for the Creative Agenda collection, Epiphany Crafts flairs, lots of tags from my stash, washi tape and a splash of HS Tinsel to finish it off.
