The heart is a sticker. Under that is a circle I cut out with my Cricut machine. I cut the strips from my scrap stash, applied them to a paper then applied that to the card base. The narrow strip at the bottom of course was a sliver cut from an edge and applied in the opposite order. Thanks to everyone for your kind comments, votes and messages. Happy 2015! :o)Ro
