How cool is that touch of toil on the top of the tag. Isn't that exactly what is on that awesome fussy cut has on his hat? Beautiful fussy cutting too!

Tag # 4 for Steampunk /Valentine swap

Painted tag with Tim Holtz Distress paint.Used a Tim Holtz embossing folder than sanded on it.Cut out clock from a Tmi Holtz Diecut that sprayed it with Tattered angels pearl.Fussy cut out Graphic 45 steampunk spells.Heat embossed borders.Used Wink of Stella.Add a pretty Love pin.Also a Prima Flower.Tulle for ribbon.
