"Happy Birthday" was stamped and powder embossed. I also spread some of the clear powder round the scalloped circle to make it look wet. That scalloped circle was cut out with my Cricut machine. The ducky was a pattern I found on Pinterest which I cut out by hand then glued the wing on in a position I like better. I used Marvy Markers round his edges and on his bill. His eye is a google eye brad. I used my Cuttlebug to emboss the cream and blue colored papers. I used a circle hand punch to make little waves on top of the water. The bubbles I found a long time ago in our local junk store. Thanks so much for your kind comments, votes and messages to me :o)Ro
