Beautiful lo and a great tribute. My cat passed away 6 years ago. We didn't have the money for a burial nor cremation, after spending all our savings during her illness, so we had to leave her body at the vet. Back home my son showed me a jar were he had been collecting her whiskers that fell during the years we had her! I still cry when I see them but they are a treasure for us. I talk to her pic too. It's a way to cope. It's not crazy.
my dear cat Jerry, he passed away March 2012 at the age of 17, we had him cremated at an animal crematorium, a few days after he was taken there we were allowed to say goodbye to him for the last time, it was so peaceful and respectful, a few days later we got to pick up his ashes and choose a cute little pyramid with cat paws on it to keep it in, we've got a little poem as well and the time and date he was cremated, it really brought me to tears the way the did this, just the respect for your little furry friend, the little pyramid is standing in our livingroom, every day I look at it, and sometimes talk to it and say; hi Jerry how are you today, does this sound stupid ?
