I do a monthly "Project Life" 2-pager - one side traditional, the other a pocket page - to summarize our family's life.

This month included lots of time devoted to concern about my SIL, who was diagnosed with breast cancer and is undergoing chemo. That's what the traditional page is about...I also used a sketch from another site.
The other side's pockets contain pictures and text about my kids' musical activities, family events (we binge-watched The Walking Dead), and even news (low gas prices, Je suis Charlie).
