My daughter and her coworkers wore masks to work on Fat Tuesday. I wrote "Laissez les bon temps rouler" on one layer (Let the good times roll).
PPs are Junque Gypsy by Marion Smith. Flowers and bling are Prima. I colored the letters black. The black lace is actually a sticker by Starform.
