This is my first attempt at the bokeh technique. Waay off but still made a nice card. I used the textured side of the watercolor paper on this. You can really see that in the flowers. "Hello" was powder embossed. The ovals were cut out with my Cricut machine. The tiny flowers were store bought. I stamped the floral image. Then added some glitter glaze to their centers.
