Finally! I got the bokeh technique right! I used alcohol inks as before but with more water this time. After it was ALL dry this time, I used a home made circle template for some larger circles that you can no longer see. For the smallest and most common circles, I used a sponge dauber. The cross was cut out with my Cricut machine. I used 3D foam under it and added a "HOPE" sticker. The enamel dots are some I changed to gold with Gold Mixative ink.
