Journaling: I am happy and feeling healthy. I am enjoying healthy natural foods (sweet potatoes are my current fave) and taking classes (Zumba and Body Pump) at the gym 5-6 days perw eek. I have finally lost some weight and am feeling strong. I am not where I want to be just yet, but I am slowly making my way there.
